CREATIVE EXECUTIVE, STORYTELLER & TEAM LEADER

Who am I? Professionally, I am an award-winning, creative who understands the power behind a well-made, captivating video or ad.  Being a proven team player, I value structure and process, knowing that every facet of creative production requires a collaborative effort. I’ve built production processes from the ground up within departments, while managing multi-million dollar budgets and overseeing dozens of projects and personnel.

Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of working on the agency side, as well as in-house, in control rooms yet also on Creative Services teams. At my most recent company (Crunchyroll / Sony), I was team member 3 on the video team within Creative Services. Fast forward 5 years later, I led that same video team of 30 full-time individuals comprising of producers, motion graphic artists, writers, and conceptual innovators, all of whom I've hired. I built the team from the ground up, creating social and paid promotional content for the company to gain paid subscribers. When I first started at Crunchyroll in 2018, the company just hit the 1M paid subscriber mark. In 2024, the company is now at over 12M paid subscribers worldwide and have over 100M social media impressions.

Outside of work? I am an avid traveler and am always game for an adventure. Culture, spontaneity, and enjoying new experiences are my passion- It keeps life interesting! I have a daughter and a dog who keep me on my toes, constantly fueling my creativity and love for life.
